Nirvana’s Nevermind Baby – 20 Years Later

In tribute to the twentieth anniversary of Nirvana’s breakthrough, culture-shifting album, the infamous baby that “dove” for the dollar bill on the album art for Nevermind recreated the notorious shot (albeit this time wearing some shorts).  Read more here about Spencer Elden, the “Nirvana baby”.

Rüdiger Nehmzow’s Clouds

Every time I’m on an airplane, I find myself in awe at the beauty of the clouds. That’s why I’ve been so enthralled at Rüdiger Nehmzow’s photos. These are more than your typical point at the sky photos…instead, they’re taken from an open door up to 4 miles in the air.  The oxygen was so thin up there, Rüdiger had to wear an oxygen mask just to take them.  Amazing!

Obviously we’re a bit behind on this, but we’ve been loving spending time on Pinterest lately.  Pinterest allows you to share all the great things you find on the web in one place, as well as browse other people’s favorite things. It doesn’t seem like a new idea, but the user interface is laid out in a very interest-grabbing sort of way.  We like!
